The Role: Office based role with multiple locations in GippslandExcellent compensation including base + super + salary packaging9-day fortnightKey Responsibilities: Monitor work placements for participantsUndertake action to resolve to ensure placement continuitySustain ongoing employment by successfully re-placing participantsLiaise with current and potential EmployersWork closely with the central claims teamMaintain a high level of Contract and Operational knowledge at all timesDocument and record all communications/contact with participant and employerMaintain privacy and security of all recordsWork closely with site staffKey Requirements: Previous experience in managing claims in the insurance industry or Post Placement SupportUnderstanding of the employment services industryExperience in WFA, Jobactive or DES advantageousPrevious experience in high volume environmentsIf you are interested, please APPLY via Seek.
