THE ROLE
As a Post Completion Supervisor , you will be pivotal in guaranteeing the smooth transition from project construction to handover. Your strong attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and ability to lead teams will be key in overseeing the finalization of projects, ensuring they meet our high standards and client expectations.
KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITES
Lead and manage the post-completion phase, coordinating activities related to documentation, inspections, and final project details. Collaborate closely with project managers, subcontractors, and clients to facilitate a seamless handover process. Conduct comprehensive reviews of project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with regulations. Oversee and participate in inspections to verify work quality and adherence to specifications. Maintain meticulous records of post-completion activities, ensuring proper archiving and accessibility. Address any post-completion issues promptly and effectively, working collaboratively to find viable solutions. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns related to project closure.
ABOUT YOU
Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction industry is highly desirable. Exceptional organizational prowess, capable of managing multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Attentive to detail and committed to maintaining accuracy in documentation. Proficiency in relevant software and tools for documentation and record-keeping. Ability to foster effective collaboration among cross-functional teams and external partners. Familiarity with construction regulations, compliance, and quality standards is advantageous. A proactive and adaptable problem-solving approach.
