Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive functional behavioral assessments. Develop and implement positive behavior support plans in collaboration with your client, their family, and other stakeholders. Provide evidence-based interventions, training, and support to help clients develop adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviours. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of behavior support plans, making adjustments as needed. Maintain detailed client records and ensure compliance with all relevant policies and legislation. What you will need: Registration as a Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission. Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist level. Qualifications in counselling or psychology, social work, child protection, developmental education or a related field ideally. A National Police Check, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check, NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (or ability to gain). The ability to work from home as well as an open drivers license and access to a reliable vehicle (You will receive a travel allowance, and tools of the trade.
