Worley has been delivering EPCM Services to our customers for over 20 years. We work over the full project lifecycle from idea generation to project commissioning for projects and major maintenance. As a Portfolio Project Manager, you will be responsible for delivering best business solutions for the customer in accordance with the portfolio & project objectives.
This role is based on site at Tomago; therefore, the successful applicant will be required to be in the Newcastle region, NSW.

What you'll do: Oversee the successful execution of all projects within the contract.Provide visible and effective HSE guidance while participating in the communication and resolution of HSE issues and incidents.Identify and communicate customer requirements to maintain and build healthy customer relationships throughout the life of the contract.Facilitate the development of team members while effectively managing their workload and forecasting/managing resource requirements.Drive value creation processes that support a culture of innovation and continuous improvement across the contract.Provide clear management and direction on the contract strategy through business planning and strategic discussions with the customer and the wider Worley business in Australia and internationally where required.Increase the overall value of the contract for both the customer and Worley through the provision of value-add services that are aligned with the customer's changing business requirements.What you'll have: Excellent people management skills such as leadership, teamwork, interpersonal, coaching, mentoring and supervisory skills.Proven project delivery leadership experience in a brownfield environment.Extensive related experience, including project management, MMM, onsite brownfields environments.Onsite practical safety leadership skills.University Degree, or equivalent, in related field or applicable discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.Why you should apply Competitive remuneration & employee benefits.Take advantage of our global online learning platform!Enjoy a varied & challenging role.Career development opportunities beyond this role.Moving forward together We want our people to be energized and empowered to drive sustainable impact.
