About the role

The Portfolio & Pricing Analyst will provide support and analysis to the development, implementation, and execution of pricing strategy to achieve sustainable portfolio growth and profitability. You will also provide in depth analytical insights to People First Bank's products and comparison to market, including the development of recommendations related to interest rates, portfolio mix and growth and margin management.

Key responsibilities include:
Providing deep insights into People First Bank products and comparison to market Development, recommendation, and ongoing maintenance of product pricing strategy to deliver sustainable growth and profitability Ownership of product portfolio and income budgets, and balance sheet forecasting Maintaining a reporting framework to assess product performance against key criteria including member, growth and financial About you

The successful candidate will demonstrate the following:
High level analytical and qualitative skills, and deep knowledge of excel and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI and/or similar) Experience working with a diverse range of stakeholders and ability to develop relationships within cross-functional teams Strategic mindset and comfortable challenging the norm Knowledge of finance, marketing and retail products 5+ years in banking, finance, treasury or product management Degree qualification in Business or related field Benefits of working for us
