The role This is an unprecedented time to join GPT in a senior role, with a new CEO and an ambitious corporate strategy focused on business growth and transformation.
As a Portfolio Manager you will have overall strategic management of a portfolio of assets within the premium GPT Office Portfolio, across two states, overseeing and driving performance, in line with the Fund/Owners' strategic objectives.
This includes the delivery of financial returns, the provision of leadership and direction for multiple asset teams, as well as the development and execution of strategic business plans to optimise investment performance and return on investment.
We are seeking two Portfolio Managers and applications are welcomed from candidates in both Sydney and Melbourne.
What you will be doing Developing and executing the strategic investment plan, ensuring delivery of investment returns, identifying key risks and opportunities to capitalise on growth and enhance returns.
Providing direction and recommendations for future asset positioning and strategy to support the deliverability of long-term returns.
Managing co-ownership relationships and driving strategic alignment with co-owners to deliver GPT objectives.
Leasing and renewals within the sub-portfolio and collaborating with the leasing team, site teams and external agencies to ensure the achievement of the asset strategy.
Maximising profit through management of capital expenditure and providing strategic direction to maximise income.
Providing guidance, leadership and support to the asset site teams in daily operations and strategic initiatives.
Collaborating with teams and key stakeholders across the business to execute portfolio strategies and solve operational challenges.
What makes you stand out These are senior roles which require extensive experience of premium grade office asset management, leasing and property investment.
You will be an experienced, commercial office executive with a strong track record successfully driving performance outcomes for a portfolio of assets with a major landlord.
We are looking for strategic leaders with exceptional stakeholder management experience and high-level negotiation skills, who can drive change and lead others to deliver exceptional results.
A strong commercial mindset with outstanding financial management skills and a track record maximising revenue and minimising expenses to deliver sustainable returns, will also be key to success.
