We are looking for a dynamic Leader to join our Merchandise team, where you will manage key product categories and nurture supplier relationships.
In this role, you will oversee and optimise the product portfolio, driving business growth and profitability through strategic management and market insights.

Your contributions Anticipate customer needs within each Occasion, delivering a diverse product range that fits busy lifestyles, while continuously exploring future opportunities and staying ahead of trends.Take ownership of commercial terms with suppliers, negotiating agreements that benefit both parties.Foster strong, lasting relationships with valued supplier partners, ensuring effective collaboration and mutual growth.Create and implement impactful promotional programs and activations, working closely with suppliers and internal teams to maximize Occasion performance.Monitor and optimize performance, delivering key KPIs weekly, along with actionable insights for ongoing improvement.Serve as the key point of contact for internal stakeholders, offering expertise and guidance on all category-related matters.The Portfolio Manager role at OTR also leads a small team of Occasions Category Managers.

Able to think critically and communicate insights clearly and concisely.Exceptional attention to detail and organizational abilities, adept at following and optimizing processes that allow complex businesses to operate efficiently and effectively.A dedicated attitude towards delivering high-quality results, with a focus on supporting both in-store teams and providing an excellent customer experience.Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across various business functions and engage with external stakeholders.
