Our Technology and Innovation group role is to develop and manage products and solutions throughout their lifecycle, aligning customer needs with business objectives, and driving continuous performance and innovation in the market.
About the role: The GTM Lead role is responsible for the development and introduction of new repeatable services, solutions, and offerings, addressing customer needs in vertical markets.
Working closely with the Portfolio Managers, sales teams, and partners, this role will identify and prioritise services and solutions to take to market, define the target markets, value proposition, messaging, and drive the sales enablement for those solutions.
Key Responsibilities: Develop competitive offerings: understand competitive landscape, actively identify market trends and opportunities, and adapt offerings based on market and customer feedback.Offer/solution positioning and messaging: craft value propositions and key messaging for the offerings that resonate with target markets.Lead Go-to-Market strategy and execution: define GTM approach and execute in collaboration with Portfolio Managers, Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and Partners.Drive Sales Enablement: develop appropriate sales tools and enable sales and marketing to sell and promote the offerings in the market.Develop and maintain a service catalogue: ensure sales teams are enabled to sell, and delivery teams are capable of delivering.Gather feedback: from customers, sales, partners, bids, etc., to iterate and improve the offerings in the market.Drive innovation and thought leadership: act as a Portfolio evangelist.Key Skills and Experience: Strategic, 'big picture' thinking with the ability to mobilise and translate to practical actions.Experience in Technology Services (e.g., IT professional services, digital transformation, Cloud, Data).Strong understanding of 'Portfolio Management' and 'Go-to-Market' principles and practices and their application within a matrixed organisation.Solid business acumen through the complete business lifecycle, from concept ideation and development, through to execution, repeatability, ROI, and end-of-life stages.Deep understanding of the marketplace and competitive landscape, and strategies to maintain such understanding in a fast-moving dynamic landscape.Strategic relationship building and management with the broader business and partner community.Results and outcomes focused.Strong communicator, curious, and inquisitive.About Us: At NEC, we foster an environment of energetic, motivated, and passionate team members who take pride in creating their own successes.
