As Portfolio Manager, you will take pride in managing your portfolio with a professional and customer-centric approach, as you build strong relationships with both the internal team and external clients:
Key responsibilities includeOverseeing the general operation of a portfolioDeveloping and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenantsProviding sound, knowledgeable advice and guidance to our clientsPromptly resolving property management issuesCoordination of ingoing and outgoing inspections in accordance with company and statutory requirementsProviding advice to landlords and tenants about rental market trendsPreparing and delivering submissions to the Tenancy TribunalAdhoc requests to support your portfolio, team and the BW business.What you bring to usHigh level written and verbal communication skillsPrevious Property Management experienceProblem solving and conflict management capabilitiesSolution orientated; ability to manage difficult conversations in a timely mannerThe desire to be part of the BW vision and align to our values of togetherness, courage, honesty, wise judgement, excellence and humilityExperience using Property Tree is desirable but not essentialA strong understanding of the Residential Tenancies Act 2010A current Real Estate Certificate of Registration (essential) or LicenseA drivers license and vehicleWhat we offer youA positive, energetic, sociable team cultureFlexible working arrangements including work from homeA culture of learning and development, with innovation at the forefrontGreat company benefits including paid parental leave, mates rates, property referrals, employee referral scheme, EAPA collaborative and professional environment, where you feel valued and encouraged to be your best.If you're ready for the challenge and you would like to be part of a growing and forward-thinking brand, we would love to hear from you.
