Lead the day-to-day operations of the PMO6 + 6 month contract - Woden, ACT - 3 days per week onsiteBaseline clearance required Our client, a large Federal Government department based in Woden, ACT, requires an experienced Portfolio Manager for a 6 + 6 month contract.
You will lead the PMO function for a complex portfolio of business led projects controlling governance arrangements with business and ICT.
Duties Oversees the logistical aspects for all Program Boards.Assures final QA of all program Board materials and where incomplete or not to the desired standard escalates with proposed resolution.Ensures all materials are provided to all program board members by required SLAs.Tracks status of actions end escalates unresolved items with the chair 24 - 48 hours before the Boards.Selection Criteria Demonstrated portfolio management experience in a large complex environment.Demonstrated portfolio management experience in a large complex Commonwealth Government corporate environment.Develops Agenda and ensures all products are developed in the required templates.Support Program reporting requirements.To apply for this Portfolio Manager contract, please click the Apply to this Job button, to forward your CV to Andy at the Recruitment Hive.
