As Portfolio Manager, you will take pride in managing your portfolio with a professional and customer-centric approach, as you build strong relationships with both the internal team and external clients:
Key responsibilities include Overseeing the general operation of a portfolio Developing and maintaining relationships with landlords and tenants Providing sound, knowledgeable advice and guidance to our clients Promptly resolving property management issues Coordination of ingoing and outgoing inspections in accordance with company and statutory requirements Providing advice to landlords and tenants about rental market trends Preparing and delivering submissions to the Tenancy Tribunal Adhoc requests to support your portfolio, team and the BW business.
