Join us in an environment where hard work is balanced with fun.Job DescriptionThe OpportunitySalary : $100,000 - $115,000 + super per annumReporting to the Senior PMO Analyst, this role is accountable for driving capability uplift and growth within the PMO team, Program, and Projects.
The successful individual will be responsible for ensuring the Program and Project Management Framework and associated Methodology are adhered to.Key accountabilities include but are not limited to:Support Portfolio Management: Contribute to and support the development of Portfolio Management discipline, associated frameworks, and supporting practices.Governance and Assurance: Manage and improve practices across RWWA's portfolio.
Development and application of assurance and associated post-implementation practices (and others as identified).Assurance Practices: Develop and apply post-implementation practices.Collaboration: Work with leaders to align the portfolio with strategy and objectives.Capability Building: Support the continued uplift in organisational portfolio, program, and project management capabilities and knowledge.Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the development and improvement of reporting, including the development and suggestion of dashboards, insights, trend analysis, and proactive identification of concerns to support Program and project success.QualificationsAbout YouExperience in PMO practice, process, and Project and Program methodologies with the ability to adapt across waterfall, agile, and hybrid delivery methods.Experience in developing, releasing, and encouraging the adoption of Portfolio, Program, and Project delivery frameworks.Financial acumen: Ability to read and interpret project financials and demonstrated experience in improving capability.Diligence and attention to detail in reporting and documentation.Well-developed skills in analytics and visual representation of data.Exceptional communication, negotiating, and interpersonal skills and the ability to adapt for technical and non-technical stakeholders.Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building abilities.Additional InformationWhat are you waiting for?Apply now with your CV and cover letter telling us why you're the perfect fit for this opportunity.For more information visit Careers at RWWA or contact us at ****** part of the recruitment process, you will be required to complete Pre-Employment screening, which will include two reference checks, police clearance, and Australian Working Rights check.Please note this role is only open to applicants that hold Australian Working Rights, and we are unable to offer work sponsorship visas.Additional benefits:Personal learning and development budget.17.5% loading on annual leave.Health and wellness initiatives to support you inside and out.Access to discounts at a wide range of retailers.Reward and Recognition Program.At Racing and Wagering WA, we recognise that we are strengthened by diversity of gender, thought, experience, and ethnicity.
