About the Job: Portfolio Lead - Engineering Position: Portfolio Lead - Engineering
Key Qualifications: Expertise in one or more of the core engineering services, preferably in Asset Management/Maintenance functions. Good to know skills: GIS, Plant Automation services/Control Systems, and Plant Design Engineering. Proven capabilities in Growth and Transformation of customer organizations by defining customer problems and positioning relevant solutions. From a relationship perspective, skills in developing new connects, identifying opportunities, and providing solution development support are needed to be successful. Experience in customer-facing roles in a multi-stakeholder environment within customer organizations, and familiarity with the onsite/offshore model.
