About the Job: Portfolio Lead - Engineering Role Overview: We are seeking a Portfolio Lead in Engineering with expertise in one or more core engineering services, preferably in Asset Management/Maintenance functions.
Expertise in one or more of the core engineering services, preferably in Asset Management/Maintenance functions. Good to know skills: GIS, Plant Automation services/Control Systems, and Plant Design Engineering. Proven capabilities in Growth and Transformation of customer organization by defining customer problems and positioning relevant solutions. Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to develop new connections, identify opportunities, and provide solution development support. Experience in a customer-facing role in a multi-stakeholder environment within the customer organization, with familiarity with the onsite/offshore model.
