Eden Ritchie is seeking a Portfolio Governance Specialist (Lead) responsible for enhancing portfolio governance and management practices across the division.Duration – 6 months + possible extensionLocation – Brisbane CBDAs the Portfolio Governance Specialist (Lead), your key responsibilities will include:Providing subject matter expertise to uplift portfolio, program, and project management maturity.Identifying and implementing improvements in portfolio management processes, tools, and capacity.Developing, maintaining, and governing methodologies, standards, and gateway processes.Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance portfolio governance.Delivering training, mentoring, and guidance to build capability within the division.Collaborating with stakeholders to develop business cases for enhanced technology solutions.Preparing and presenting detailed reports and briefings for senior and executive management.Desirable Requirements & Skills:Experience in portfolio, program, or project management and governance.Formal qualifications in business-related disciplines (e.g., Business, Commerce, Information Systems) are desirable.Proven ability to deliver organisational change and measurable results.Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.Experience within the public sector or complex organisations is advantageous.If this role sounds like you, please APPLY NOW and submit your resume in WORD format.
