Portfolio Coordinator
Joining our team means you'll be part of something that really matters. As our Portfolio Coordinator, you will be based in Bentley, and responsible for managing and coordinating key activities required for initiating, planning, monitoring, and controlling the delivery of a portfolio of projects.
This is a permanent full-time position.

Your role will include:

• Collaborating with project managers and stakeholders to ensure project progress aligns with plans and any issues are addressed and/or escalated promptly.
• Coordinating the overall pipeline of initiatives, providing resourcing and scheduling status and projections.
• Conducting quality assurance at project delivery stage gates against project management methodologies.
• Identifying and coordinating the risk identification, controls, and monitoring processes at a portfolio level, escalating issues where necessary to ensure smooth resolution.
• Establishing and maintaining project and resource management processes to support optimal project delivery.
• Creating and maintaining comprehensive portfolio schedules, anticipate, and address scheduling conflicts to maintain efficient workflows.
• Gathering critical data of the project, analysing and summarising information to assists with key decision making and reporting key metrics.

You will have: 

• Tertiary qualification in project management is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in project management or portfolio management. 
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, principles, and lifecycles.
• Experience in a variety of project management Tools/Software (Planview, Jira, Azure DevOps).
• Significant knowledge in commercial and technical analytics. 
• Strong systems knowledge and capability to efficiently process large data sets. 
• Strong proven experience in project management, business process improvement and in facilitation and coaching.
