We are on the lookout for a Portfolio Consultant with a passion for international business and a deep understanding of electrical engineering. Based out of our Global Centre of Competence and Factory in Yatala, Queensland, you'll be a pivotal player in expanding our market share and driving growth across Central/South America, the Middle East & Africa, Europe, or Southeast Asia.
What You'll Do: Promote and expand the OMVS portfolio in key global markets, identifying and securing new business opportunities. Collaborate with channel partners to increase market penetration and boost sales performance. Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs, providing valuable insights to product management and R&D teams. Deliver high-impact technical presentations and hands-on support to customers, showcasing the benefits of our solutions. Drive order intake, revenue growth, and market share across your regions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, supporting local and international business development activities. Who You Are: A Skilled Engineer : You have a Bachelor's (or Master's) degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field. An Industry Expert : At least 5 years of experience in Power System Protection Systems (ideally with electrical relays, protection settings, and testing), Control Systems (RTUs, SCADAs), and communication protocols (DNP 3, Modbus, IEC60879). A Medium Voltage Pro : You're familiar with medium voltage switchgear and have a solid technical foundation. A Confident Communicator : Whether it's a high-stakes presentation or complex negotiation, you deliver with clarity and professionalism. A Global Citizen : Fluent in English, with a knack for working across cultures. Bonus points if you speak additional languages.
