Melbourne, Victoria Key Responsibilities:
Revenue Growth:
Develop and implement short and long-term sales strategies to meet revenue and room night goals. Analyze local market dynamics, identify trends, and address opportunities for revenue generation. Business Development:
Drive acquisition and share from corporate accounts, build and maintain strategic relationships, and support sales segmentation strategy for the portfolio of hotels. Commercial Performance:
Monitor competitor practices, create a pipeline of accounts, and identify new business opportunities to enhance market share and positioning. Collaboration:
Work with Brand Global sales teams and internal stakeholders to grow market share, represent our hotels at trade shows, and ensure alignment with sales and revenue goals. People Management:
Train and motivate hotel and sales teams, manage relationships with key stakeholders, and ensure resource alignment for strategic goals.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business or Hospitality Management, with formal Sales Management training. Experience:
Minimum 2 years in a similar role with a proven track record, ideally within Australasia. Skills:
Strategic thinker with expertise in new business development, strong communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to manage and motivate teams.
