The opportunityIn this role, you will coordinate with the team to verify and validate risk identification reviews and testing on internal (U/W, Tranche, Claims etc.) and external (Customer loan) processes, policies, and practices.
Your new roleWork with the team in verifying and validating risk identification reviews and testing on internal and external processes, policies, and practices, including underwriting, tranches, claims, and customer loans.
Additional responsibilities include:
Complete complex analysis of Lenders Mortgage Insurance (LMI) submissions and approvals from various sources.
Ensure all documentation is up to date and compliant with policies and regulations.
Provide high-quality customer service and stakeholder feedback.
Identify and address non-disclosure, misrepresentation, or fraud in LMI originations.
Deliver accurate reports and recommendations on key risk indicators and process failures.
Adhere to company guidelines, policies, and relevant laws.
Maintain environmental awareness and customer focus.
Deliver outputs with accuracy and timeliness.
About you:To be successful in this role, you will need:
Understanding of industry practices, scoring tools, and risk appetite.
Good understanding to assess, collate, and analyse data for compliance processes and practices and Delegated Underwriting Authorities.
Good technical and problem-solving skills.
Proven experience in managing credit assessment.
