This role is instrumental in consolidating and analysing data from our portfolio companies to optimise decision-making for the venture capital strategy and operations. The ideal candidate will have a background in management consulting combined with experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment. **Key Responsibilities** - Collect, consolidate, and analyse financial and operational data from portfolio companies to track performance and identify growth opportunities. - Develop insights to support portfolio management, helping to optimise performance and identify strategic initiatives. - Build financial models and dashboards to report on key metrics and trends across the portfolio. Develop and refine internal processes for portfolio monitoring and reporting. - Collaborate with the investment team to enhance deal origination, leveraging portfolio insights to uncover new opportunities. - Support due diligence for potential investments, focusing on financial and market analysis. - Assist in preparing presentations and reports for internal stakeholders, LPs, and prospective investors. - Monitor market trends, industry developments, and competitive landscapes to identify implications for portfolio companies and deal flow. **Key Qualifications** - 3–5 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or venture capital, with a focus on financial analysis and strategic problem-solving. - Proven experience in a startup or entrepreneurial environment, demonstrating adaptability and hands-on execution. - Strong proficiency in financial modelling, data visualization tools, and reporting systems. - Excellent analytical skills, with a demonstrated ability to extract insights from complex data sets. - Strong communication skills to effectively articulate findings and recommendations to diverse stakeholders. - Self-starter with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment. - Passion for startups, technology, and venture capital.
