You'll be responsible for Support the Senior Manager in the development and execution of strategies and reporting which deliver sustainable customer - centric outcomes. Support the development of segment - targeted customer value propositions, ensuring adherence to product and pricing governance frameworks. Monitor portfolio performance across agreed quantitative and qualitative metrics and communicate actionable insights and trends. Support proposition innovation as well as regular market analysis. Conduct regular analysis of the designated portfolio, including the identification of results drivers, variation from target and the preparation of communications to convey findings. Support adherence to product and pricing governance frameworks. About you Experience in a product or portfolio analytics role acquired in a complex matrixed general insurance organisation. Demonstrates commercial acumen by using insights related to the market, opportunities, risks and competitors within the insurance industry as well as the dynamic levers that influence these factors. Proven analytical and critical thinking capability to interpret a range of data, identify patterns, trends and links that inform judgements and solutions. Ability to interpret and analyse complex information, extract meaningful insights and evaluate options for decision making. Ability to plan and prioritise effectively, organise tasks and manage competing resources and demands. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of communicating with clarity, impact and influence.
