Portfolio Administrator (Landlord)

Property Network of Australia is seeking a Portfolio Administrator to work with a leading funds management business based in Brisbane CBD. Our client owns a growing portfolio of retail, office, childcare, and industrial properties in QLD & NSW, and due to an internal promotion, this role has become available.

The ideal candidate must have previous/existing portfolio administration experience within the commercial property space and will provide high-level administrative support to the Property and Leasing teams, focusing on general portfolio administration and lease administration. This role requires familiarity with property management, leasing activities, as well as strong organisational and interpersonal skills to work in this established, high-performing team.

Key Duties & Responsibilities: Support Leasing & Property Managers with lease administration, including document filing, reconciliation, and reporting. Prepare and review leasing documentation, and liaise with internal and external stakeholders. Support new property acquisitions, disposals, and valuation documentation. Engage with ESG/Nett Zero Sustainability initiatives. Assist the Renewables Project Manager with power purchase agreements, solar installations, and monthly reporting. The ideal candidate will have: Experience in administration, accounts receivable, property operations, or renewable energy. Familiarity with Zoho, MRI, SharePoint, or similar software. Proficiency in IT systems and exceptional communication skills. Strong organizational and time management skills. Tertiary qualifications preferred; a driver's license is required for occasional travel.
