Portfolio Administrator

My client, a powerhouse (pardon the pun) within the Energy Sector, is looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join their team on a long-term basis.
This is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) space or further build on experience they may already have.
This opportunity would suit someone that is working as an EA/PA/Coordinator or Administrator.

Role: Portfolio Administrator
Type: Approximately 18-month assignment
Work type: Hybrid
Rate: Depending on experience
Location: Parramatta

Responsibilities:
Support the Head of EPMO, Programs Directors, Senior Project Managers Manage diaries, scheduling meetings, booking locations, arranging catering, etc. Provide support with the on-boarding and off-boarding of resources/staff Establish and manage work orders, facilitating approvals Manage the database/spreadsheets Collate information for the monthly newsletter from various stakeholders Requirements:
3-5 years' experience in a similar role Good communication skills – both written and verbal Able to manage conflicting priorities Strong time management/organisational skills Experience with SAP would be an advantage Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment Good computer skills If this 'Portfolio Administrator' opportunity sounds of interest, please apply.
