Portfolio Administrator

My client, a powerhouse (pardon the pun) within the Energy Sector, is looking for a Portfolio Administrator to join their team on a long-term basis.This is a great opportunity for someone to gain experience within the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) space or further build on experience they may already have.This opportunity would suit someone that is working as an EA/PA/Coordinator or Administrator. Role: Portfolio AdministratorType: Approximately 18-month assignmentWork type: HybridRate: Depending on experienceLocation: Parramatta Responsibilities: Support the Head of EPMO, Programs Directors, Senior Project ManagersManage diaries, scheduling meetings, booking locations, arranging catering, etc.Provide support with the on-boarding and off-boarding of resources/staffEstablish and manage work orders, facilitating approvalsManage the database/spreadsheetsCollate information for the monthly newsletter from various stakeholdersRequirements: 3-5 years' experience in a similar roleGood communication skills – both written and verbalAble to manage conflicting prioritiesStrong time management/organisational skillsExperience with SAP would be an advantageEnjoys working in a fast-paced environmentGood computer skillsIf this 'Portfolio Administrator' opportunity sounds of interest, please apply.
