My client focuses on investment advice for a client base made up of HNW and UHNW clients.
About the role:We are currently seeking a Portfolio Administrator to work alongside a team of advisers and other staff members.
In this role, you will be responsible for running and managing the portfolio management system of the business, looking after approximately $400 million in investments.
Duties: Process and reconcile investment portfolio transactionsPrepare client reports on a regular basisAssist with the administration of SMSFs & collation of their financial statementsUpdate existing or create new transactionsArrange client billing for reportsSkills & experience: Preferably previous experience within financial services (investment advice)Understanding of investment principlesAbility to prioritise and manage multiple tasksStrong attention to detailPrevious experience using portfolio administration or SMSF accounting software is preferable (not essential)How to apply:Click APPLY, or send your resume through to Scott Munro at ******.
