Financial Management of a portfolio of ISPT owned properties CPA Australia – Recognised Employer Program Partner Brisbane or Melbourne | Land of the Turrbal or Wurundjeri People The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Portfolio/Property Accountant to join our highly regarded ISPT Property Management Accounting team. Reporting to the Senior Finance Manager, you will provide assistance in the financial/management accounting for a portfolio of entities for ISPT.
Here's what you'll focus on: Monthly reporting of management Accounts in an accurate & timely mannerEnsure accurate monthly reporting for properties which includes balance sheet, profit and loss analysis and variance commentariesReview and analysis of property performancePreparation of Percentage Rent, Extended Trade, Occupancy Capping, Direct RechargesEnsure compliance to accounting policies and proceduresManaging relationships with key stakeholders both internally and externallyDealing with incoming queries and requests in a timely and efficient mannerProviding assistance to the client with scheduled auditsParticipate in Process Improvement InitiativesAssisting Global Processing Centre (GPC) team with issue resolutionHere are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance or related fieldCPA/CA or studying towards itPrevious experience within property accounting – either commercial or retail relatedHigh level attention to detail and accuracyStrong time management and organisational skills to be able to thrive in a busy environmentSuperior communication skills with the ability to build strong working relationshipsA positive attitude and flexible approach to workSo, what's in it for you?
