What this job involves: Due to an internal promotion, we're looking for a Portfolio Accountant to join our Client Accounting Services team based in Parramatta! You'll play a crucial role in managing financial data, providing accurate reporting, and ensuring the smooth operation of the portfolio of assigned assets.
A snapshot of the role: Preparation of monthly financial reports including client-specific reporting, budgets, and forecasts Assist in allocation of EFT rental payments from tenants Processing of annual budgets and outgoings recovery Raise monthly management commissions GST reports reconciliation Coordinate with key stakeholders such as Property Managers to ensure reporting is completed in a timely manner Sound like you?
