Purpose As a Porter, your role is all about making our hotel guests' stay as smooth as possible. You will be there to help with luggage, warmly greet guests, offer concierge services, and assist with transportation and parking. Your focus? Ensuring our guests feel comfortable, cared for, and ready to enjoy their time with us.
Primary Responsibilities You'll be the initial friendly face that guests encounter upon arriving at the property.Your vital task will involve crafting an authentic and inviting first impression.Consistently delivering top-notch customer service to guests throughout their stay will be a key aspect of your role.You'll lend a hand with parking guests' cars, making their experience hassle-free.Storing luggage and delivering bags to and from rooms will be part of your hands-on duties.Skills and Experience Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.Have a good grasp of local knowledge or the ability to quickly learn and improve current knowledge.Drivers licence – possessing an open (manual) drivers licence is required.Remarkable customer service aptitude accompanied by a friendly and enthusiastic demeanour.At Accor, we welcome you as you are.
