Job DescriptionOur Front Office team is responsible for providing first impressions to our guests, and as a Porter, your key responsibilities will include:
Welcoming guestsCarrying luggageValet parking guest vehiclesEscorting guests to their roomsExplaining hotel facilitiesMaintaining the cleanliness standards of the hotel entranceDelivering amenities and other items to guest roomsProviding tourism information including dining and entertainment recommendationsPromoting the Accor Live Limitless Loyalty ProgramAbility to work a flexible 7-day roster including AM and PM shifts.You will also be well-presented with a positive and professional attitude and have a passion for hotel operations and providing exceptional customer service.
QualificationsThe successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role plus:
