Job DescriptionWe are seeking a skilled and experienced Pool Bartender to join our team at our luxurious poolside bar.
The Pool Bartender will be responsible for creating and serving a variety of drinks and cocktails to guests in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong knowledge of different types of beverages, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities: Greet and take orders from poolside guests in a friendly and professional mannerMix, garnish, and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beveragesEnsure that all drinks are prepared according to recipe and meet quality standardsMaintain a clean and organized work area, including bar stations and storage areasCheck identification to verify legal drinking age of customersCollect payment and process transactions accuratelyUpsell and promote specials and featured drinks to guestsProvide outstanding customer service and resolve any guest complaints or issues in a timely mannerAdhere to all food safety and alcohol service regulationsAssist with restocking supplies and inventory management as needed QualificationsQualifications: Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced environmentKnowledge of different types of beer, wine, and spiritsStrong customer service and communication skillsAbility to work well under pressure and multitask effectivelyAttention to detail and accuracy in preparing beveragesMust be able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift heavy objectsExperience with cash handling and POS systems is a plusTIPS certification or equivalent alcohol service training is preferred Additional InformationRate of Pay: $16.85/hr USD
