Hours are flexible and can be negotiated to suit the business and your needs, however there is a likely requirement for additional hours to meet peak season demands (i.e. summer).
Key functions of our Technician roles include:
Test & balance water using a photometerManually clean a variety of pool & spa types in both residential & commercial environmentsInstall pumps, filters & chlorinators in line with manufacturer's specificationsPerform scheduled maintenance procedures on pool equipmentFault-finding skills & abilityIdentify & disclose future sales & service opportunities at each locationSkills and experienceFor this role we are ideally looking for someone with previous industry experience, however we welcome all technically minded individuals to apply as our training program will give you the skills required for the role. Key requirements for our next team member include:
A minimum of 1 year's experience as a Pool Service TechnicianCommencing as soon as possibleHave a current open driver's licenseBring a commitment to safe work practicesBe self-motivated, show initiative, energetic & able to think on your feetGood communicationEnjoy dealing with customers and perform basic marketing activities while in the fieldCan work unsupervised and manage competing priorities within a set time frameAble to lift 20kg bags/drumsIf you're looking for a company that can offer you stability, flexibility and career opportunities, look no further!
