Poly Welder Ordinary hours are 38 hours per week, depending on the project this will be up to 50 - 55 hours per week, Mon to Fri.Assignment DescriptionPosition: Poly Welder (Poly piping & lining projects) working across the mining, civil & water projects. Responsibilities:To complete day to day Poly Welding Processes on site, and in the company's workshop as directed by Supervisors and ManagementComply with all HSEQ policies, processes and procedures Skills & Competency Requirements High regard to safe work practicesCurrent poly welding tickets (Butt, Extrusion and EF)Current Telehandler and / or IT loader & Forklift ticketsCurrent Drivers licenceExperience in Poly Welding within the mining, civil & water Industry (minimum 3 years)Experience Butt weld & electro-fusion welding of poly pipelines and fittingsExperience with Dixon & McElroy welding machinesKnowledge of pipe fitting, fabrication, welding, and installation processesKnowledge of QAQC practices with regards to poly weldingAble to read & interpret drawingsEasy to get along with and work well within a team environmentGood verbal & written communication skillsAble to pass a full medical / Drug and Alcohol ScreenDesirable Skills & Competency Requirements Dogman / Rigger ticketHC/ HR Licence Trade qualification (Mechanical Fitter / Pipe Fitter / Plumber)Experience Welding plastic sheet & fittingsWHS awareness / supervisor training DurationOngoing Casual ContractorLocationBunbury South West
