Experience: Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics or transportation industryStrong organizational and time-management skillsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in Polish and EnglishProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelExperience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and transport management systems (TMS) is advantageousResponsibilities: Processing customer orders and inquiriesData entry and analysisLogistics coordination, including booking transport and tracking shipmentsLiaising with internal and external stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, and carriersResolving customer issues and complaintsReady to take the next step in your career?
