Your new role

Hays is currently recruiting for a critical position where you will collaborate with highly skilled subject-matter experts to deliver various policy-related tasks. As an EL1 Policy Manager, your responsibilities will include:
Policy Development: Creating and implementing policies that align with the agency's vision and goals. Regulatory Analysis: Working with cross-functional teams to analyse regulatory changes and assess their impact. Industry Monitoring: Keeping track of industry trends and proposing adjustments to existing policies. Stakeholder Engagement: Interacting with government agencies, industry associations, and internal teams. Policy Advocacy: Leading advocacy efforts and representing the department in relevant forums. What you'll need to succeed

To be successful in this role, you must have experience performing the required tasks within the APS. This position is open only to Australian citizens, and you must be willing to obtain and maintain a Federal Government Security Clearance (Baseline, NV1, NV2, or TSPV).
