The Opportunity
Catholic Education Sandhurst Ltd (CESL) is seeking a Policy Advisor to join our Strategy Risk and Governance Team in an ongoing, full-time role. Reporting directly to the Chief Strategy, Risk and Governance Officer, the Policy Advisor is a crucial role within our organisation. The role will assist in the efficient management of the CESL governance framework and its related policies and documents, ensuring compliance both within CESL operations and with regulatory bodies.

You will have:

Tertiary qualifications at Cert IV or higher, or equivalent experience.
A current unrestricted Australian Drivers Licence.
National Police Record Check.
Working with Children Check (WWCC).
Experience in the management of Governance and Compliance infrastructure.
Experience in policy development, document control, and administrative functions.
Understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
Highly developed organisational and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
Familiarity with compliance frameworks and best practices.
Experience in maintaining organised records and ensuring data privacy.
Proficiency in preparing comprehensive reports on compliance status and policy implementation.
