For a Term 3 commencement, we are looking for a Head of House at our Berwick campus. This position is a replacement position until the end of Semester 2 2025 and holds a POL 3 allowance.

For a Term 3 commencement, we are looking for a Head of House at our Berwick campus. This position is a replacement position until the end of Semester 2 2025 and holds a POL 3 allowance.
The successful applicants will also receive ongoing employment as a Classroom Teacher.
The Head of House is responsible for the wellbeing of students in their House. In partnership with the Care Group Teachers, and collaboration with support teams, they will oversee the holistic growth of the students in their care.
The Head of House will develop student belonging and connectedness and promote House spirit. They will coordinate targeted and intensive support for students on a case-by-case basis. They are required to have a deep understanding of the principles that impact wellbeing.
