Fortnightly one-on-one meeting with the Director to focus on what you want to develop – whether that's clinical reasoning or clinical skills, leadership and mentoring, or personal development. Structured 90 day induction with weekly meetings and support from a Senior Practitioner to set you up to succeed in private practice. Weekly team case reviews over a coffee to discuss tricky clients and workshop multidisciplinary solutions together. With our focus on ongoing growth we annually contribute $1000 to clinical professional development for full time employment and also remunerate for 20 hours spent pursuing external CPD. Wanting to pursue further training or a speciality? You may also be eligible for NSW Rural Doctors Network HWSP scholarship. Complete administrative support including booking, billing and sterilising A fully stocked strength & conditioning gym that has plenty of room to move, and equipment to play with. The flexibility of adaptable work hours in order to treat clients, contribute to team activities, and participate in client attraction and experience activities in a way that best suits you. You will work closely with Physiotherapists, Accredited Exercise Physiologist & Podiatrists in clinical rooms. Areas of clinical practice will typically include:
Foot & ankle pain diagnosis and treatment Acute sports injuries Orthotic and AFO prescription, modification and repair Diabetic foot care Nail and skin problems Gym based rehabilitation, strength & conditioning Pre/post operation rehabilitation Assisting in marketing initiatives Liaison with GP's, Specialists, & Plan Managers Our clinic is fresh and our approach is modern.
