Your passion for rural and remote primary healthcare, along with your ability to build strong relationships with your clients, including Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people, will make you an ideal fit for this role.
About the RoleThis role works within the clinical services team to plan and deliver community primary healthcare. This role includes the delivery of podiatric clinical services in clinic and on outreach to towns and communities in the West Pilbara. You will work under the supervision of the Senior Podiatrist to design, deliver, and report on the provision of clinical services and health promotion initiatives. You will work in partnership with the local Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organizations, local aged care providers, and other community-based organizations.
This role is a generalist caseload and includes high-risk foot, wound management, musculoskeletal and biomechanical, NDIS, pediatrics, and orthotic prescription.
