Join a team of Allied Health Professionals where you will have the opportunity to work with a variety of cases, including sports injuries, musculoskeletal issues, chronic and acute injuries, and rehabilitation.
JOB TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES Contribute and execute new ideas to the clinic Participate in weekly case discussion meetings on client treatment plans Grow and manage a mixed caseload of private patients Have knowledge and an interest in providing a high quality service to clients and referrers Work effectively independently and as part of a team Receive and give regular feedback Communicate and report effectively to GPs, referrers, and other clinical staff Manage a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions including sports injuries, rehab, post-surgical rehab, and chronic pain Treat Paediatric patients Competently execute nail surgeries such as partial nail avulsions or have the willingness to be taught how to do these confidently Treat high-risk wound patients in a private setting and be happy to prescribe, design, and fit orthoses and footwear to prevent future re-ulceration, or again be willing to learn these skills Provide general Podiatry treatment including trimming nails, corns, and calluses Assess and diagnose existing conditions Conduct diabetic assessments and reviews Develop and implement care plans Provide general foot care and nail surgery Wound care Conduct biomechanical assessments and supply orthotics Qualifications & Experience Bachelor of Podiatry (or equivalent) AHPRA registration Please contact Johnny on 0434090712 / ******
