THE POSITION: Location: Black Jack, MO.
Hours: Hours may include days, evenings, nights and weekends.
Full time, part time and PRN shifts available.
Case Details: Various ages of children ages birth thru 30+ years old with technologies that might include g-tube, trach and ventilator.

Provides ongoing instruction and supervision of client, family or other health team personnel in the plan of treatment. Monitor and record patient's condition & document provided care services via electronic charting. Participates in education programs, quality assessment activities, nurse's meetings and other staff meetings as required. Requirements: Active Licensed Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse License.
