Develop project management capability across teams, fostering a high-performance culture.Lead and enforce consistent PMO standards, processes, and tools, ensuring excellence in project delivery.Build collaborative relationships with Executives, Department Heads, and stakeholders, ensuring alignment of project outcomes with strategic goals.Drive governance and reporting for our program of work, consolidating insights for decision-making.Manage project interdependencies and provide hands-on leadership for critical initiatives to achieve time, cost, and quality targets.Cultivate continuous improvement by capturing and applying learnings from project experiences.What We're Looking For You're an influential leader with a knack for developing processes, delivering to milestones and engaging stakeholders. You bring:
Experience: 3+ years in a similar PMO or project management role, ideally within a decentralized business model.Expertise: Strong knowledge of project management frameworks, tools, and governance.Skills: Proficiency in Monday.com, Excel, and PowerPoint, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects.Attributes: Initiative, emotional maturity, and a "can-do" attitude, with a passion for fostering collaboration and building project management capabilities.Ready to Apply?
