To build meaningful relationships and make a difference in the lives of others.An integral part of our Digital Delivery Office (DDO), as PMO Governance Lead, you will support PMO activity including project governance and delivery, process analysis, system analysis, measuring success and leadership reporting.You will support digital delivery progress at pace through strong engagement, proactive work practices, clarity of design and innovative analysis approaches, solving problems and realising opportunities through operating models, governance and process changes.The successful candidate will display a solid understanding of business processes within the digital project delivery landscape to support current as-is process analysis and conceptualise improved to-be processes to aid overall project delivery for all projects.Please note, this is a full time, permanent opportunity where hybrid working is encouraged.Your part in our UnitingCare team:Manage the success implementation of an effective digital project delivery governance model for all digital projects during the life of the project and support the transition to operational support.Work in collaboration with Project/Program Managers, and other key project resources to set up projects for success from the beginning, this includes facilitating project manager inductions establish projects from the beginning, and effective negotiation to influence commitment to agreed outcomes.Lead the digital delivery stage gate approval process in partnership with Project/Program Managers.Facilitate project delivery with assurance/risk/health check reviews and process as required.Manage the currency of the Digital Delivery Project Management Handbook and ensure project delivery teams are following the approved framework.Manage the Digital Delivery Community of Practice forums to support strong engagement across the Digital Portfolio and operational management as required.Support report development, assess and critically analyse information, provide data and insights to inform management for decision making.Identify systemic digital delivery risks and issues, quantify and provide input into probability of occurrence and mitigation options as required.What makes a difference for us?5+ years' minimum experience as a Business Analyst, Project Coordinator or Governance experience within a large-scale, complex Digital and Technology environment.Previous experience working within a fast-paced project delivery environment, with strong analytical capabilities.Advanced written and verbal communication and presentation skills, with proven ability to develop and present complex reports/information to executives, solve complex problems and facilitate meetings.Demonstrated focus and ability to effectively engage and collaborate with business and digital stakeholders in a partnership delivery model.What makes a difference for you?You will be welcomed as part of the UnitingCare family.
