Procurement Methodologies & Contracting Options & Tender Development – Level 3 Advanced PractitionerA highly experienced procurement and contracting practitioner is required to deliver the following scope of services:Provide advice and assistance on the development of individual Procurement PlansProvide advice to ensure compliance with Commonwealth Procurement Rules, Defence Procurement Manual, etc.Prepare tender and contract documentation.Manage probity requirements throughout procurement processes.Provide advice on and assist with the conduct of industry briefings and site visits.Coordinate or support tender evaluation.Prepare contract negotiation directives and assist Branch staff in planning for and conducting contract negotiations.Provide advice and assistance for contract execution.Prepare CCPs, including contract amendments and approvals.Provide advice on contractor performance management, coordinating with ASA commercial as required.Prepare foundational documentation including SOPS, work level instructions, process flowcharts, etc.
