ABOUT THE ROLE You will play a key role in supporting the PMO by ensuring the smooth management and delivery of projects.
Your responsibilities will include maintaining project documentation, tracking performance metrics, assisting with project coordination and risk management.
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with various teams and contribute to process improvement within the PMO.
DUTIES Prepare and organise project documentation, status reports, and dashboards for internal stakeholders, ensuring they are up-to-date and easily accessible Identify, document, and track risks and issues associated with active projects, ensuring mitigation actions are taken to resolve roadblocks Track and document project deliverables, check sheet compliance, stakeholder approvals, and initiative status Assist in tracking project performance metrics and KPIs, analyse project data, and provide actionable insights to project teams Coordinate meetings, schedules, SharePoint access, distribution lists, and follow-up on action items Contribute to process improvements by reviewing and refining workflows, templates, and tools used by the PMO SKILLS & EXPERIENCE You will need to have some experience in project management or a related role.
Experience with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Asana, or Trello is a plus, along with familiarity with project management methodologies like Agile, Waterfall, or Scrum.
You should have strong interpersonal communication skills, the ability to analyse problems and collaborate with team members, and the ability to work effectively within a team.
The ability to plan and organize your own work while coordinating with multiple teams is essential.

This contract will initially be 6 months, paying circa $600 pd inc super, with the opportunity to extend if you perform.
