Support the team in delivering a working environment that reflects NAB's strategic ambition, meets our legislative obligations and fosters trust and respect in our customers, colleagues and communityMake your impact in driving a positive organisational culture around health, safety and wellbeing sensitivity.Apply your passion for fostering healthy communities and refine your skills across a large and complex value chain.In this role reporting to the Manager, Health Safety and Wellbeing, you will Support the effective development, governance and delivery of NAB's HSW strategy and frameworks.Triage and action incoming HSW requests by providing strategic advice to colleagues and People Leaders regarding risk management needs and prevention activities.Support business leaders and teams to drive improvements in health, safety and wellbeing (HSW) performance and ensure they have full visibility of physical and psychosocial risks within their business.Partner with customer facing teams to develop and implement frameworks and supporting processes as required, prioritising continuous improvement to enhance the effectiveness of delivery to our colleagues.Prepare and provide presentations to teams to support and drive improvements in health, safety & wellbeing.Complete data analysis and prepare high-quality health and safety reports for Leadership teams, highlighting key HSW risks and mitigation strategies, safety metrics and areas for improvement.Undertake risk assessments and reviews of enterprise HSW risks, along with activities to strengthen the implementation of NAB's safety management system.Support any HSW internal audits, support external audits and Regulatory inspections as required.Partner with key stakeholders across the business to drive safety prevention activities.What you'll bring: Tertiary qualification in health and safety.Strong knowledge of the Work Health Safety Act 2011 (Cth)A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Health, Safety & Wellbeing advisory role.Comprehensive understanding of risk management frameworks including for psychosocial risks.Demonstrated experience in writing and presenting reports.Strong execution discipline and service mindset that ensures effective and efficient delivery.Outstanding stakeholder management skills to understand and manage business impacts/needs to achieve positive strategic outcomes.Join NAB If you think this role is the right fit for you, we would love to hear from you.
