We are seeking a highly motivated and engaging
PMO Analyst
to join our Future Hub Transformation Program PMO Team on a 24 Max-Term Contract.
As
PMO Analyst,
you will bring a deep understanding of, and experience performing, the full suite of end-to-end responsibilities required to support a major program or portfolio. You will bring strong experience in RAID management, status reporting, updating schedules and integrated plans, and leading the monthly cycle of program governance responsibilities that ultimately support efficient and effective Steering Committee meetings.
Key Responsibilities include:
Program Governance:
Support and coach program workstream team members to fulfil their reporting obligations for governance forums and EPMO requests and working with Finance business partners to track program financials.
Supporting common ways of working:
Apply practitioner knowledge of Project Management Methodologies, frameworks, techniques and tools in a pragmatic, consistent way for Stream Leads and Project Managers.
Program Planning:
Support the Streams to further enhance future financial year delivery planning, analysis and costing, and to review and update the Program Integrated Plan monthly to reflect any changes.
Experience Required:
Proven ability in bringing progressive clarity and uplift to ambiguous delivery situations.
Demonstrated experience in administering working groups and executive-level governance forums.
Sound understanding of program financials, and proactive collaboration with finance business partners.
