As a PMO Analyst, you are key to analysing a complex project portfolio designed to improve operational efficiencies and end-user experience across the organisation.
Understand the organisation's transformation initiatives to spot opportunities, address challenges, and support business cases.
Maintain a centralised, transparent view of transformation initiatives aligned with strategic goals.
Provide senior leadership with timely insights through analysis and reporting for confident decision-making.
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies to minimise disruptions to portfolio outcomes.
Foster trust with stakeholders by delivering consistent, reliable, and actionable information, including resource updates.
Track resources and budgets to optimise performance and ensure sustainable portfolio delivery.
Innovate portfolio practices with adaptable tools, metrics, and estimating models to meet organisational needs.
What you will bring to the role Your expertise in providing timely project portfolio insights to key stakeholders Your experience with project process governance Your proven success in keeping leaders and stakeholders informed and engaged Your ability to thoroughly analyse and accurately report on performance and progress Your experience with the development and maintenance of metric data and estimating models.
