Portfolio AnalystFinXL IT Professional Services is an established innovative Australian company providing technology enabled business solutions and consulting services across a number of industries including Telecommunications, Commercial, Government and Finance.We are seeking an experienced and switched on Portfolio Analyst for an initial 12-month fixed term contract based in Sydney.Key Focus Areas:Monthly Financial Activities:Invoicing, purchase orders and non-resource accrualsCost recoveryPreparation of team data for forecasting submissionForecast vs Actuals variance analysis for monthly financialsResource Management:Tracking and entering of resource effort into web-based workforce tool to enable accurate forecasting, capitalisation, and cost recovery, and to support workforce planning activitiesTracking resource movements between delivery teams and across delivery areasReconciling timesheets and vendor invoicesReporting:Financial and team-based reporting to provide data driven insightsSupport Pod lead to manage capacity, team efficiency metricsSkills / Experience:Project / program financialsProgram / project coordinationReportingAdvanced Excel skillsAgile experienceJira & Confluence experience a bonusOrganised and attention to detailPositive attitude and a team playerAdaptableWe are looking for highly motivated, committed individuals with strong communications skills.
