What does the job look like?
As a PM Warehouse Supervisor, you will be passionate about the logistics industry, your people, and our customers, and will relish the opportunity to lead by example.
This exciting opportunity is at our flagship brand-new facility in Laverton.
You will be responsible for maintaining an efficient and productive warehouse team working in collaboration with our people, with every decision you make driven by safety, service, and cost.
By partnering closely with the Shift Manager, you will ensure we exceed operational and service metrics while finding opportunities to introduce continuous improvement initiatives.
This is a Permanent Fulltime role, working Monday to Friday starting from 2pm to 10pm.
Key responsibilities: Supervise daily warehouse operations and manage the team to ensure workload exceeds business key performance goals daily.
Execute and plan daily warehouse labour activities for the site to ensure they are compliant with the financial plans.
Monitor and support effective communication between customer representatives, dispatchers, drivers and other staff across all shifts and areas of the business.
Enhance customer experience and service delivery.
Report to management on daily KPI/Weekly warehouse activity.
Maintain and manage the use of the Warehouse Management System (WMS) data to a high standard.
