What does the job look like? Join our Retail team as a PM Transport Allocator based in Larapinta, QLD, where you'll play a key role in overseeing transport operations for one of Australia's largest supermarket chains.
In this pivotal position, you'll manage allocations, route planning, and dispatching metropolitan deliveries, ensuring smooth operations on shift.
With 12-hour PM shifts running on a 4 on / 4 off this role offers a perfect blend of challenge and opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, high-impact environment.
Key areas include operational efficiency, teamwork, and continuous improvement:
Communicate effectively with drivers, customers, and internal stakeholders, providing clear instructions while fostering positive relationships.Maintain accurate documentation and records related to run sheets, delivery schedules, and compliance requirements.Ensure regular communication with customers, keeping them well-informed about their scheduled deliveries or any changes that may impact them.Participate and commit to Safety Standards and COR requirements at all times.Are you the one? We're seeking seasoned transport professionals with experience in scheduling/allocation or relevant operations, offering training and support for the ideal candidate.
You can demonstrate:
